RETURN TO LIST OF QUESTIONS

Who hosts Success Language© Living Room Sessions™?

  • You do!
  • If you have a space that is comfortable for sitting and conversation, where you can host a minimum of twelve people (including yourself and your household), and have a few snacks while you’re at it, then you can host a Success Language© Living Room Session™.

RETURN TO LIST OF QUESTIONS

Why should I bother with doing this?

Hosts:

  • Instead of talking about “doing something” to prepare your young people—or yourself—to succeed, take action and do something to fill-in the gaps revealed by The Conference Board™ report or help yourself advance in your job or career.
(See the report link at the bottom of this page.)
  • Enjoy a learning session where YOU don’t have to travel to get to it.
  • Share quality time with friends, colleagues, and your household.
  • Show-off your home.
  • Receive some nice gifts for hosting a session.

Participants:

  • Instead of saying “Somebody ought to do something” to prepare your young people—or yourself—to succeed, take action and do something to fill-in the gaps revealed by The Conference Board™ report or help yourself advance in your job or career.
(See the report link at the bottom of this page.)
  • Enjoy a learning session where you travel a short distance and that works within a convenient time for you and your teen(s).
  • Share quality time with friends, colleagues, and your household.
  • Gain access to personal and professional development tools that directly influence and benefit you—not a lot of fluff and motivational one-time messages.
  • Receive a gift that keeps on giving.

RETURN TO LIST OF QUESTIONS

But I’ve never hosted anything like this!

  • Don’t worry. We help you by providing tips and guidance along the way.
  • You don’t have to worry about fancy set-ups, a lot of food, ANY alcoholic beverages, or having strangers in your home.
  • You only invite people with whom you are comfortable.
  • This is a family-friendly (family-encouraged) program.
  • Arrange a baby-sitting opportunity and area separate from where you gather for the program to help your own household (if applicable) as well as others with younger-than-high school-aged children who might otherwise not be able to come.
  • Dis-invite the pets; their cuteness and antics will distract your guests.
  • Your local grocery store has everything you need for food. You do not need to host a dinner party or catered event!
(Though you can if your budget and lifestyle encourages this.)
  • You can have a potluck event where everyone brings something to share to eat.
Note: Food is not the main purpose of this program! It simply helps encourage others to say “yes” to your invitation and keeps stomachs from growling during the two-hour session.

RETURN TO LIST OF QUESTIONS

Is this one of those multi-level marketing bait-and-switch tactics or home sales parties?

No, no, and no!
(Ooops…there were only two parts to the question.)
But that’s how strongly we feel about communicating to you that this is not a bait-and-switch tactic or house party to hook distributors for products.

It is a learning session in a comfortable environment.

  • Your presenter is a professionally-trained corporate trainer experienced with adult learning principles, a former manager in a corporate environment, and trained as a high-school teacher with a BS degree in Education.
  • We could do this program in a work setting (and we do!)
  • We could do this program in a hotel conference room (and we do!)
  • Our experience is that learning takes place best in a comfortable environment, and research proves that intimate gatherings (such as home-based social settings) are more conducive to questions and discussions than large-scale events.
  • We combine the best of both worlds—learning and comfort—for maximum results in a short time.

Our guarantee: If you feel you’ve been schnookered (that’s a technical term for “conned”) into something by the end of the Success Language© Living Room Session™, then the presenter will give you a refund before you walk out the door.

Our reputation is at stake. For every one person dissatisfied with a service or product, up to ten other people hear about it. Our goal is for no one to be dissatisfied (or feel they were mis-led). In an age of Internet instant communications, social networking sites, blogs, and instant text messaging, a small business like ours cannot afford to have even one incident that causes you to frown.

RETURN TO LIST OF QUESTIONS

What are you selling?

  • Learning.
  • Personal development.
  • Professional development.
  • Knowledge, skills, and attitudes that enhance your chances for successful interviews and job or career advancement.
  • Oh…and that’s what you get just for coming.

  • Of course you have an opportunity to purchase continuing education tools, but these are optional and WILL NOT BE HARD-SOLD TO YOU.

The cost to attend covers everything needed to accomplish the two-hour program objectives.
(See: “What happens at a Success Language© Living Room Session™?”above.)

RETURN TO LIST OF QUESTIONS

And the cost to attend is…?

$ 59.00/person. Period. Adults and teens.

Our guarantee: If, by the end of the Success Language© Living Room Session™ you feel you or someone you bring with you does not receive all to which we commit (See: “What happens at a Success Language© Living Room Session™?” above)—and more with which to continue after the session, then the presenter will give you a refund before you walk out the door.

It you are about to exclaim, “But that’s too much, especially for young people!”, consider:

The value of such an investment per person...organizations pay upwards of $6500.00 for a Success Language© program. And how much did those last pair of shoes, jeans, or concert tickets cost? Two hours to prepare for success in the immediate future is worth how much to you?

RETURN TO LIST OF QUESTIONS

What’s the catch?

None.

We worry about the prospects and opportunities available to young people entering the workforce if they are ill-prepared in PROFESSIONALISM AND WORK ETHICS.
They may be geniuses, star athletes, valedictorians, and accomplished artists.

Technical skills and mental prowess go only so far in the workplace if you lack professionalism and cannot demonstrate you value a positive work ethic.

Same for adults!

If you have your foot in the door with a job or career, you get only so far with your technical and mental accomplishments.
To advance; to succeed however you define “success”; you must influence others and convince them you are capable of leading and taking on additional responsibilities.

We feel so strongly about helping people acquire these hard-to-pinpoint—yet very necessary—skills and attitudes of professionalism and positive work ethics that we created this Success Language© Living Room Session™ to reach as many people as possible in times that best suit your packed schedules.

RETURN TO LIST OF QUESTIONS

I never heard of anything like this before.

Good.
Then, try it out.
Host a session.
Join people you know at a session they host.

It will be two hours of your time well-spent.
You cannot help but come away with SOMETHING of value.

And our guarantee: If, by the end of the Success Language© Living Room Session™ you feel you or someone you bring with you does not receive all to which we commit (See: “What happens at a Success Language© Living Room Session™?” above)—and more with which to continue after the session, then the presenter will give you a refund before you walk out the door.
